The Open PU-3000 is a high-capacity, heavy-duty 2-hole paper puncher designed for continuous and effortless punching in offices, schools, and print shops. Manufactured in Japan, it features an extended lever-action handle that allows users to punch up to 156–160 sheets (depending on the paper weight) at once.
